9. You Must Obey Local Laws in Accessing Our Web Site

This site is controlled by us from our offices within the United States of America. We make no representation that content or materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Access to our Web site content or materials from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other jurisdictions, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. We are not responsible for any law violations. 12. Third Parties May Have Rights under This Agreement

Some of the provisions of this Agreement are for the benefit of FOX GROUP, LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

13. How This Agreement May Be Terminated

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason; provided that you may no longer use our Web site after you have terminated this Agreement. Provisions 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

14. Miscellaneous

Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. We may assign our rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

PRICING

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies to any and all products sold and shipped by FOX GROUP, LLC, and its affiliates.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from any website owned or operated by FOX GROUP, LLC, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unused (not installed) items ONLY with prior authorization from our Returns Department. Returned packages must be postmarked within 10 days from the date YOU RECEIVED THE ITEMS. Once you have been authorized to return items, you will receive an email containing your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and return instructions. The RMA Number must be written on the outside of the shipping package when returned to us.

Please do NOT write your RMA Number on merchandise; if the number is on the merchandise it will be returned to you without credit. If items are returned without an RMA Number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. FOX GROUP, LLC does not refund shipping fees unless it is our error (as determined by FOX GROUP, LLC).

The items must be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the items will be returned to you without credit. We will send pre-paid return shipping labels ONLY if the return is a result of our error (sent wrong item, sent to wrong address, duplicate order, etc., as determined by FOX GROUP, LLC). Items received outside of the 10-day return window will be returned to you without credit.

If you received a defective item, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the product directly to arrange for a replacement; most products carry a manufacturer warranty. FOX GROUP, LLC does not handle manufacturer defects or warranties.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the return being delivered to our location. Once issued, you will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. Your refund may take 7-10 business days to receive.

EXCHANGES

FOX GROUP, LLC does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for the correct merchandise.

Incorrect Ship to Addresses, Ordering Incorrect Items, and Requesting Changes to Existing Orders

FOX GROUP, LLC attempts to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result once an order is submitted via any method (website, mail, fax, or phone) we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to stop it from shipping. The customer is responsible for making sure their order is accurate (shipping address, shipping method, and items ordered including sizes, gun fits, colors and quantities). If you do make an error in ordering you will have to follow our Return Policy. If possible, we can attempt to change the ship to address once the package has been shipped; however, we are completely subject to the shipping company’s policies. If the address can be changed a $14 service charge will apply.

FOX GROUP, LLC will not be responsible for errors made by customers entering wrong information. We will not reship the order for free, nor pay for the incorrect items to be shipped back to us. Items needing to be returned are subject to our Return Policy.

KNIFE POLICY

All customers attempting to purchase a knife must be 18 years or older. Knives are sharp, and by purchasing the knife from FOX GROUP, LLC, you understand that it is not designed or intended for use as a weapon. FOX GROUP, LLC does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry any specific items offered, according to federal, state or local laws. By purchasing any item from FOX GROUP, LLC, whether by phone, mail, electronic mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase these items. FOX GROUP, LLC makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the knife, purchaser agrees that FOX GROUP, LLC shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife.

FOX GROUP, LLC BATON, PEPPER SPRAY, & STUN GUN POLICY

FOX GROUP, LLC will not ship pepper spray, or stun guns to the below list of locations (see respective lists below). If you attempt to place an order for a restricted item and have it shipped in violation of the below listed of "no-ship-to" lists we will cancel your order. This statement does not apply to persons allowed by law to possess batons, pepper spray, or stun guns (ie Police Officers, security personnel, or military personnel). If you are allowed to possess these items please email customer service when ordering at service@foxgrouptn.com. We will ask for a copy of your police/security/military ID to be faxed or emailed for confirmation. Click HERE for list of restricted states and territories.

PURCHASE POLICY

FOX GROUP, LLC does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry any specific items offered, according to federal, state or local laws. By purchasing any item from FOX GROUP, LLC, whether by phone, mail, electronic mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase these items. FOX GROUP, LLC makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the product for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the product, purchaser agrees that FOX GROUP, LLC shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the product.

FOX GROUP, LLC respects your right to privacy and is committed to keeping your personal information provided to us private. Please keep in mind that information you voluntarily disclose through email via the internet may be intercepted and used by third parties.

We sometimes use email addresses and other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicate with FOX GROUP, LLC. For example, we direct email to visitors who provide us with their email addresses for specific purposes such as responding to an inquiry or notifying users of promotions.
